Shipping and Delivery

• Carriers: La Poste (Lettre Verte Suivie, Delivengo Easy, Colissimo) or pick up for free at our workshop near Chambéry, Savoie.
• Shipping rates: We calculate the most cost-efficient options at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Customs & Duties (Outside EEA): Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery (e.g., Switzerland, UK).
Returns and Withdrawal
• Return window: 14 calendar days from package delivery.
• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original condition.
• Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items.
• Return shipping: Buyer's responsibility (except for warranty claims and shipping errors). We can provide you with a return shipping label at preferential rates based on weight and origin.
