Article 1 – Scope and Purpose
Online sales on reklip.eu (Reklip - Micro-entreprise, SIRET 95246693600020).
Article 2 – Products and Handcrafted Nature
Handcrafted items. Minor variations in color or size compared to photos may occur and reflect product uniqueness, not a lack of conformity.
Article 3 – Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices in Euros (€). VAT not applicable (Art. 293 B French CGI).
Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal
• SEPA Bank Transfer
Products remain the property of Reklip until full payment of the order price has been received.
Article 4 – Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties
Shipped via La Poste (Lettre Verte Suivie, Delivengo Easy, Colissimo). Costs calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier, and destination.
Handling time: 2–4 business days (excluding custom or backordered items).
Outside EEA (e.g., Switzerland, UK): customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Statutory period: 14 calendar days from package delivery.
Legal Exclusion: No right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized items (Art. L221-28 French Consumer Code).
Return shipping paid by buyer (unless defective). Return address provided upon request.
Article 6 – Legal Guarantees
Applicable legal guarantees:
1. The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2 years, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
2. The Guarantee against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 7 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
